About Kathy

EnvisionOrganizing-About-KathyI was born in San Antonio, Texas and have called Austin home since 2004. I married my college sweetheart in 1994, and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 1995. After spending several years practicing social work, I began a new season in my life as a stay-at-home mom. I have three wonderfully unique kids.  As my children have grown and transitioned from homeschooling to public school and beyond, my passion for organizing has also grown from a hobby and a way to help my friends and family into a business that I am crazy proud of.  I believe that order in one’s outer environment leads to inner calm and focus. I love sharing that feeling of peace with my clients!  I also enjoy reading, yoga, chocolate, wine, thrift shopping, camping, and browsing Pinterest for new organizing ideas. I am an active member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals at the national and local levels.  I served on the NAPO Austin Board of Directors as the Director of Professional Development, President and Immediate Past President.  I currently serve on the NAPO National Chapter Relations Committee as the Moderator for the Vice Presidents Community. I earned the Certified Professional Organizer® credential in November of 2020.
